Her background as a Mental Health Nurse and Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) has given her extensive experience in acute mental health, crisis intervention, and community services. As a Mental Health Nurse and Practitioner, she has worked across prisons, secure services, inpatient wards, and community teams, giving her a comprehensive understanding of diverse and complex needs. As a BIA and AMHP, she has supported lawful and least-restrictive decision-making under the Mental Capacity Act (2005), completing numerous Court of Protection applications and safeguarding reviews.
