Mindfulness courses 
Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to improve your health, well-being and quality of life.  Perhaps more importantly, it’s a great way to unwind, relax and learn to enjoy yourself a little more.

Our eight-week Mindfulness course will help you to develop an understanding of the benefits and concepts behind Mindfulness and Meditation, as well as practical techniques and advice designed to help you find pleasure and peace in your daily life. 

Skype therapy

We can now offer our patients Skype therapy as a handy way to access the right therapy wherever you are and at a time that is convenient for you. If you are unable to travel to one of our clinics, live and work overseas or simply have a busy life, our Skype sessions provide a useful alternative.
