Shereen joined Oxford CBT in 2026 and brings more than 16 years of experience working across healthcare operations, service improvement and patient-centred care within NHS organisations.
Throughout her career, she has held senior roles leading operational services and transformation programmes across urgent and emergency care, with a strong focus on improving patient experience, supporting multidisciplinary teams and making healthcare services easier to access. At Oxford CBT, Shereen is often one of the first people clients speak with. She supports clients from initial enquiry through to appointment scheduling and works closely with clinicians to ensure a smooth, welcoming and supportive experience throughout their journey with the practice.
Shereen enjoys building relationships and helping people feel comfortable and supported from their very first contact with Oxford CBT. She believes that excellent client care and compassionate communication play an important role in the therapeutic experience.
Outside of work, Shereen values family life and brings warmth, empathy and a collaborative approach to everything she does.
