Sandra recently joined Oxford CBT team, working on Wednesdays, providing support with a range of mental health needs for adults and children.  Sandra has nearly 10 years of experience providing professional practical and emotional support to others. She currently also works as a Senior Psychological Practitioner in the NHS, seeing a range of clients with common mental health needs and providing supervision to Assistant Psychologists. Sandra’s passion for helping others is supported by her experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills, Parenting Support, Therapies for carers and Adolescent Emotional support. She has expertise in dealing with the emotional impact of past Domestic Abuse. Sandra has a keen interest for working with Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Self Esteem. Born and raised in Hertfordshire, Sandra has a passion for Mindfulness and practices regularly whilst walking in her surroundings with her family. She is training to further her qualifications in CBT.
