Munni has recently joined Oxford CBT and is able to offer appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays (until 8 PM) and Thursdays in the Twyford clinic. Having qualified as a Social Worker almost 30 years ago, Munni brings with her a wealth of experience of offering practical and emotional support to adults and children dealing with difficult life experiences.

Munni completed her training in CBT at University of Reading and is passionate about helping people to improve their mental health, no matter what problems they are faced with. Munni works with  a wide age group from young people through to older adults, to treat a variety of disorders including Depression, Anger, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD, Health Anxiety, Agoraphobia, PTSD, Relationship Problems (including emotional impact of domestic abuse), Social Anxiety, Work Stress.

Munni has a warm, empathetic nature which allows her clients to feel at ease and share their problems without fear of judgement. She works collaboratively with her clients to help improve their wellbeing; explore unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviours and develop more helpful coping strategies.
