Munni has recently joined Oxford CBT and brings with her a wealth of experience of working with people from all walks of life. Having qualified as a Social Worker almost 30 years ago, Munni has worked with both adults and children facing difficult life experiences; physical, sexual and emotional abuse, poverty, bereavement, domestic violence, ill health and disability to name just a few.
Munni completed her training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at University of Reading and is passionate about helping people to overcome their difficulties and develop helpful coping strategies. She has experience of using Cognitive behavioural Therapy with a wide age group from young people (16 years plus) through to older adults, to treat a variety
of disorders including OCD, Health Anxiety, Agoraphobia, PTSD, Depression and Social Anxiety. Munni has a warm, empathetic nature which allows her clients to feel at ease and share their
problems without fear of judgement.
