Christina Lee
Counselling Psychologist  

Christina joined Oxford CBT in 2016 and is a qualified as both a Counselling Psychologist and fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.  She has many years experience working as a psychologist both in the NHS and other services. Settings include specialist Women’s Health, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and helping people overcome childhood trauma and PTSD. Christina specialises in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety disorders and PTSD.

Along side traditional CBT, Christina utilises compassion-focused therapy and mindfulness approaches. She can offer therapy either face-to-face or by phone, Skype or email. Christina also has experience in working with person centred therapy, positive psychology, narrative and journalling approaches and runs groups using the Voice Dialogue approach (Psychology of the Selves).
