Anjali Mehta
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist - Trainee

Anjali is a Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and has recently joined our Reading team on Mondays. After achieving a first in her psychology undergraduate degree in 2013, she decided to put her knowledge into practice helping both adults and children to overcome a range of difficulties. She is also currently in the NHS providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions to adults with depression and anxiety. She has previously been an Assistant Psychologist in inpatient and private settings for children and adolescents with a range of difficulties, delivering CBT and other treatment one to one and in groups. Anjali offers an empathic and genuine approach to allow you to work collaboratively to reach your goals and improve your wellbeing. When Anjali is not working, she enjoys cooking, keeping fit and arts and crafts.
