Mindfulness in Oxford

Mindfulness is a fantastic tool for improving your well-being and quality of life, and is something you can learn and practice in your own home.

Our 8 week courses are designed to both teach you the basics as well as how to train yourself to think in a more positive way.

As a scientifically-proven technique that has been used therapeutically for thousands of years, Mindfulness can help you recognise negative thoughts, and accept that they are not ‘facts’. It can help you recognise your thought patterns and focus on acknowledging thoughts as they arise, before letting them go.

Our courses

We will be running regular courses throughout 2019 in and around the Oxford area. Groups meet weekly for 2 hours over an 8-week period and are limited to a maximum of 16 people which helps us to quickly develop a friendly and supportive learning environment. 

Mindfulness is made up of four elements; body awareness, self-awareness, regulation of emotion and regulation of attention. Our courses are linked closely to these elements, as well as teaching you:  It can help manage a wide range of issues, both positive and negative, improving your quality of life and your general well-being, so why not give it a try?
