Sheena has recently become a member of our team, working part-time on Wednesday afternoons/evenings. She currently commutes from Birmingham to Oxford. She made the decision to branch out into private work after serving clients within the NHS and voluntary sector since 2007. She hopes to expand her client group from adults to working with children and families: Due to realising the impact that external relationships can have on an individual’s personal internal world. Her qualifications are in psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy; and certificates acquired are solution-focused therapy, mental health research and low intensive interventions. Sheena now lives with her partner (and childhood sweetheart). Her passion is dance/arts; she is interested in travelling (to experience other cultures/attitudes); and lately has become fascinated with epigenetics and esoteric science.
