Polly Haselton
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Whilst Polly would call Bristol ‘home’, she works 4 days a week in Oxford, researching and developing pioneering ways of delivering cognitive behavioural therapy, having completed her Postgraduate Diploma in CBT in Oxford in 2016. Having worked in the NHS IAPT service for the past 4 years, Polly is experienced in working with those aged 16 and over, who have mild to moderate mental health problems, including depression and anxiety disorders such as OCD, health anxiety, phobias and panic.

In addition to her CBT training, Polly has specific skills in short term CBT interventions and is experienced in working within a 6 session model for those who are experiencing milder difficulties and distress.

Outside of work Polly enjoys spending time outside and finding new places to go for brunch with her partner.
