Lindsay has worked in mental health since 2008 in both private and NHS services. She is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and has worked using a range of using treatments, besides traditional CBT, Lindsay offers Mindfulness-based and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapeutic interventions. Lindsay provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults of all ages coping with stress, worry, anxiety and low mood. Therapy is person-centered and tailored to your needs and preferences. Lindsay has completed the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) training and is skilled in adapting CBT practices for both children and adults with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition. Lindsay offers face to face, Skype and email therapy sessions and is committed to make psychological therapy as accessible as possible. Lindsay can also provide a well-being service for schools and other professional organisations.
