Christina Lee is a qualified Counselling Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She has many years experience working as a psychologist in Women’s Health Service; Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation; with adults abused as children (suffering from trauma and PTSD) and in the NHS as a CBT Therapist. Currently Christina has a private practice and is an associate therapist with Oxford CBT. Christina specialises in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety and PTSD.
Alongside traditional CBT, Christina utilises Compassion-focused CBT and Mindfulness approaches. She can offer therapy either face-to-face or by phone/Skype/email. Christina has experience in working with person centred therapy, positive psychology, narrative and journalling approaches and runs groups using the Voice Dialogue approach (Psychology of the Selves).
