Dr Elizabeth Grocutt
Clinical Psychologist

Elizabeth has worked in mental health services within the NHS since 2003. She has experience of working and providing psychological treatment to adult clients with a range of emotional difficulties. She is trained in Metallization Based Treatment (MBT). As a clinician, she draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Metallization Based Treatment (MBT) and attachment theory to inform her clinical practice. Elizabeth works in a collaborative, sensitive manner to “provide a safe space in which we can understand your difficulties and begin a process whereby you feel that you are working towards meaningful and achievable goals”.
