Adam recently joined our team, working part time on a Thursday.  Having worked in Buckinghamshire since 2011, Adam sees clients in the NHS and also conducts private work face to face, online and over the phone. He has qualifications in both Counselling Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and completed extensive training in both Mindfulness Based Interventions and Compassion Focussed Therapy.  Over the past 10 years Adam has helped people overcome a range of difficulties in both the NHS and private sectors. Away from work, Adam lives in North Oxfordshire with his family and enjoys meeting with friends, practising Tai Chi, Qigong and Wing Chun, wood work and travelling. Adam has a keen interest in working with couples and groups in addition to individual work with adults and children.
